Red Bugs- Treatment with Interceptor Spectrum - Progress Thread

Crappy cell pic from yesterday but everything looks good so far. No snail deaths. Not sure if my pistol shrimp is a goner though. Only time will tell I guess.

Round 2 went in at 730 this morning. I crushed the chew up in a baggie like Crystal suggested... that worked much better dissolved much quicker. Im gonna do a 15 gallon water change this time and replace carbon.

My lone hermit crab in my sump was still alive this morning. I think the pistol is a goner tho.

Just added my first dosage... I tried to get all inverts out but couldn't get to 2 acro crabs. I'll probably lose those which is a bummer.

I was nervous adding that in, but I've read all good reviews and successes so fingers crossed!!

So the real question is how is the treatment working? No red bugs now?

Not that I can tell, but I'm gonna grab a large magnifying glass this weekend and scope out the SPS throughout the tank. The sticks on my frag rack don't have any where I was seeing them before with my naked eyes. So I think they are gone.

Worked perfect on my tank. Sorry for the delayed response. I actually never did a water change in between doses. Also still to this day haven't done a water change. I did after 4 doses add carbon to absorb anything in the water.
