By "full color" do you mean red or the brown/grey/purple around the mouth? The second is way more important. Also, the mouth being closed is really important for judging health.
The mouth is somewhat open and its coloration is blood red. No weird bruises or cuts or anything. Its just not sticky, which I never really had experience with that since the ones I had in the past were always sticky.
The mouth may be red, and the tentacles may be red, but I am talking about the other colored area in between the tentacles. The smooth surface around the mouth. It should be the same color as the underside, and it should be grey, brown, or dull purple.

Ok, as long as its not white. You got a long way back to healthy when the brown turns white. The mouth should be closed, but that's not always a bad thing. They will have their mouth open if the lights are too bright, there is no sand to dig into, the flow is too high, or the water is dirty. But those are all fixable. If the mouth is open an inch or less I wouldn't be too worried about it.
Nice red color is not an indication of health. A haddoni that is not sticky is a problem. It means there is a big problem with the anemone's health or its environment. I wish I could give you advice to solve the problem, but I don't know there is one other than keep the conditions good and try to get it to eat by putting food very close to or in the anemones mouth. Don't push the food in, just put it there. It sometimes helps to wipe the food through the tentacles a little to help stimulate a feeding response, then put the food on or very near its mouth.
