Red head wrasse in death spiral

I have a beautiful Red head wrasse, Halichoeres rubricephalus. He was literally fine on Wednesday and when I cam home from work on Thursday he was bobbing around the tank and being blown around by the current. I have had the fish for more than 8 months and he was perfectly healthy until now so it does not appear to be a collection-related decompression problem. Has anybody seen this before? Any suggestions for treatement? Thanks.

I am definitely not a fish expert, but those who are are going to need a lot more info on your water parameters, other tank inhabitants, recent changes, if any, and/or additions chemically or otherwise to your tank, before they can hazard a guess as to your problem and its possible solution. Good luck.

Tank is a 180 gal mixed reef with mostly SPS, LPS and few leathers. I have checked and the water parameters are spot on. I have two other Halichoeres wrasses, a couple of fairy wrasses, a Regal angel, oscellaris clown, royal gramma, pair of Bartlett's anthias, orchid dottyback, flame hawk, a Wetmorella tanakai wrasse, and a couple of Chrysiptera spp. damsels. All the fish get along great and all the other fish are perfectly healthy. The Halichoeres wrasses all get along fine so aggression does not appear to be a cause. Another symptom that the Red head wrasse is showing is his lips appear to be swollen or enlarged. There have been no recent changes to the tank. This totally appeared out of the blue. It appears to me to be a swim bladder problem but I have no idea what caused it or if there is any treatment for it.
