Red LEDs constantly blinking.

I have an older model over my solana.
I have it updated, I ran the new software and programmed with a radion template.
What mine does is every 5 to 10 sec my red LEDs blink on and off constantly all day and even at night. I checked and tightened al the connections.
The only thing I can think of is the fan might not be working. I ok the cover off and removed some salt buildup. Still after that, I still get the blinking.

If the fan is not working, then you should unplug it and call Ecotech first thing Monday morning.
