Red lump on clownfish lip

Can someone identify if my clown is ill or just having a bad cut on his lip and now infected?

Background: 2 false clowns in my tank for roughly 4-5 years. The bigger female in the past year or so has part of lips turned a little black. Did not think much of it, figured she was still eating and acting healthy. Thought it's just pigment under the skin now she has grown into an adult.

In the last 2 weeks I noticed she has either one or two spherical red lumps on her upper lip. Still eating and doesn't seem to bother her. From what I can tell no rubbing against the wall or rocks. I have no idea what it is despite my research. Closest symptom I found was a description of fungal which is usually white or gray but no mention of red lump.

I will take a pic tomorrow if I can but they are always moving. Anyone has any idea what is it and how to treat it?

The female, sick one, is still eating and quite active when she eats, but rests herself between two rocks when I am not around. I am going out to buy a 6g nano tomorrow as a hospital tank. Bought some anti-bacteria medication today and hopefully the cause is what LFS and I have guessed, infection from a cut lip.

Will try to provide picture

Ok got some pictures. The red lump is on the tip of her mouth. You can see it clearly in the first two photos. It is the extra red mass attached to the lip. I also have a question regarding the black spots on top of her head. Is it harmless pigment under her skin? She didn't have them as a baby but developed them as she aged.

Looks like a small tumor.
By her coloration I'd say that it looks as though she's been experimenting with an unnatural host that occasionally stings her.
