Red Macro ID?

Can anybody ID this stuff? I'm trying to figure out the best way to get rid of it. After about 4 weeks of aggressive phosphate removal to take care of some green cyano and some GHA, this stuff, which existed a little bit before, has become the predominant algae now and has replaced all of the other algae that have gone away. I'm still going after phosphates, but I suspect this stuff is living off of some remaining phosphates that are leaching out of the rocks.

My question is, what is it, and does anything really eat it? My hermits and emerald crab can be seen picking at it, but they're not really getting the job done.

It does a little bit. No bryopsis in the tank. I Tech M'ed the tank because there was a tiny bit on one rock. That's all gone now.

This stuff is red through and through. It appears to grow by runners.
