Red/Orange Error Code?

Can you tell me what this error code means? It flashes alternating between Red and Orange. This happens after the pump runs for a few minutes, and doesn't re-start until I unplug the power.

At first I thought it was the Red/Yellow over-temp code, but it happens even when the pump is cool. It also never re-starts by itself.
