Red planet color, flow issues?

It's my turn now to fight red bugs! Not sure how/when they got in my tank, my red planet is now full of red bugs. The polyps are barely extended...:(

Use the Bayer Insecticide method. I dipped my Red Planet frag about 4 times over the course of two months to get rid of those damn bugs.

Here is my ORA RED PLANET Mother colony at the bottom 1/3 of my 30inch tank under 250 14k phoenix mh.

Thanks for all the input. That is an amazing colony mark.

I've thought about it long and hard, and I remember setting my MH to HQI (overdrives bulbs on select-a-watt ballast) recently. So I'm starting to think my issues might just be from light intensity. This coral is literally at the top of my tank with a brand new bulb that's overdriven. Better flow and more reasonable light should allow it to color up shortly. I'll post a picture in a couple of weeks.

I think it looks hungry. I also know how hard it is to capture the color as we see it, but it does look like it is in need of some nutrients.

Here is my little one, and the best job my little point and shoot is capable of, the colors are actually much richer and deeper, but it is just a point and shoot.
