red rocks reef boca raton

Hey gang,

Have any of you snorkeled at red rocks reef in boca. Headed to Boca in a couple of weeks and wanted to take my son snorkeling for the first time.

Should I go during low or high tide. Have heard opinions leaning in both directions?
