I sold my World of Warcraft account this week for $1500 and I'm planning to upgrade my sump/skimmer with the money leftover from buying a new dryer.

When I started in the hobby, my next door neighbour who attempted saltwater, but decided it wasnt for him, gave me a Berlin HO. I had no clue how to use it at the time so it's just been sitting around in my attic.

I'm still learning about skimmers, but wanted to find out if this skimmer is worth using or if I should go with something else?

I don't mind spending a bit of money, but I also don't want to break my bank Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

The Berlin skimmers don't get the greatest reviews. I'd look elsewhere. It'd be okay for a quarantine tank, maybe. I'd get a Euro-Reef for a 90g tank, provided it has a sump.

Yeah.. no worries hehehe I bought the Euro-Reef RS 135 today when I was down at Premium Aquatics for their grand re-opening in their new warehouse. The only problem is I can't run it until we build a bigger sump this week. I'm itchin to try it but there's no way its fitting in my Pro-Clear P.O.S. pardon my french.
