red sea Berlin skimmer dead

I have the hang on version and my pump is kaput this is the one with the ventry regulator on the submersed pump. I pulled it apart and cant see why it not pumping everything seems to be spinning any suggestions?
I have been trying to find a replacement pump to know avail does anybody know were I can get one?
My last option is to buy a whole new unit with the pump, I see them on ebay for around 189.00. If I have to replace is this the best hang on in this price range, my tank is 90? Id rather fix or replace pump before I go new any input would be welcomed.

Could have an air bubble or it somehow lost its prime...
Maxijets tend to do something similar if you let it run dry. They spin and you can put the intake in water and it still wont pump. Take the enitre pump and put it under water and rotate it around some and make sure it doesnt have any air in it. Let it sit there for a few minutes even. Then try and turn it back on. I

I believe the turbo one might be the one as I see a hole in the front of the valve were the air hose would go. The one thing missing on that unit is the spicket on the top to attach to pipe?
