Wow. They list 300gal as the minimum...even that wouldn't be large enough for this big boy. Probably need upwards of 1,000gal to give it enough swimming room.

This. Also it probably cannot have tank mates.
Tank mates should be fine as long as they are larger than him, grow faster than him and get larger than him.
In short, he should not do harm in a shark tank.

It would still be cheaper to travel to Florida, charter a boat for 4-8 hours, and catch a legal size grouper than to buy that. Bonus is that the Florida-caught one will already be a dull color instead of having to wait for the blue coloration to go away.
 
If it stayed the blue color, then I might pay that price, but that adult looks like food fish (probably is).

I think I could order direct from Egypt and get that fish + other red sea fish for that price (including import documents)
