Red Sea Max - My first photo post on RC

I love to see everyone's pictures in these forums so i thought i'd contribute some of mine! :)

To see them fullsize just click to go to the flickr page, you may have to have a username there to see the blown up versions though. Wish i could have posted them a little larger. 1024 wide is probably too big and that was the only other option.

All taken with a Nikon D40x and the kit lens, 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 with the occasional SB-400 speedlight. I think i've really pushed this lens to its limits for these kinds of photos... :)

very nice! You've def. done well with that lens. I like the first shot the best, but the second shot is great as well. The hermit looks like he's been caught doing something he shouldn't be.
 
Thanks! Yes those hermits always look a little paranoid! And i can't wait for a faster lens. Looking at a f/2.8 soon.
