Red Spot Cardinalfish (Apogon Parvulus) and Suitable Tankmates?

Would a group of 10 of these cardinals be appropriate with large angels such as the Blueline (Chaetodontoplus septentrionalis)?

I also love the Ringtail Cardinals (Apogon aureus), but see that they grow to almost 5.5".

What does everyone think?

Oh yea, and the angels are relatively small, 2.5" and 3.25".

When I was talking to Kevin Kohen aboutt hese fish (the red spots) he said they really need passive tankmates and need to be added early on in the lineup because they are easily bullied and stressed by larger fish, besides getting out competed for food.

I am planning on getting a group of 10 in about 2 weeks if all goes well. I am planning on adding them to a 60g non-photo tank with fairly passive tankmates.

Thanks. I agree, they're great. Wish they'd offer them in groups of 10 instead of 5, makes it difficult to get the number you need as it generally stretches the purchases over 2 days and requires you to ask them to hold the shipment.
