RedSea Ozone Probe?

I just received my 50mg deluxe RedSea Ozone generator and have had it installed for 2 hours. My ORP levels are still reading 0 is this normal? I have heard about a break in period but I would think I would have some reading. The probe is 3/4's in the water and I have removed the end cap. Any ideas?

Hi JTice,

Thanks for your post. The probe usually takes a few days to break in but it should be giving you a reading by now. Try putting the aquarium water in a cup then measuring the ORP of that water: this helps to isolate any electrical interference from the aquarium. If it is still not giving you a reading, please give us a call and we will try and help you troubleshoot further.
