I do a 20 gal wc every week

What's teh aquarium water volume?

That's a lot of water for weekly changes. Do you have that 110 connected to another large body of water?

No I have a 93 gal cube and a 15 gal sump minus the sand and rock

That's rather low magnesium numbers for any "reef" salt. Did you use the entire bag at once to mix up or just part of the bag? The bags normally don't have as big of an issue of settling as buckets do but I still poor 3 bags into an IO bucket and mix it up. I use regular IO but I would do this with any brand.

Or you just got a bad batch.

Or it wasnt mixed to 35ppt

Or a combination of the above.

I put one 50 gallon bag into a 5 gallon bucket, secure the air tight lid, then turn it every-which-way-but loose :celeb1:

I've used IORC for years and this is the first batch that's been low.....

I'd put at least two or more in the bucket to mix together but mixing even one bag may help if you only use part of a bag at a time.
