This is strictly an FYI"¦.

Just thought I would let you guys know who order supplies from Reed Mariculture"¦..

If you want to order dry goods you need to call customer service or send them an email they have yet fix their check out cart for shipping ground rates for dry goods and non-perishable items.

Also I have been getting wrong rates for perishable items as well in the checkout page.
Example:
Yesterday morning I just wanted to get a total to see how much a 6 oz bottle of RG Complete was going to be with shipping and it was trying to charge me for an 2 day FED-EX - AM shipping rate of $25. This was incorrect per customer service.

So rule of thumb call customer service to place your orders to get the correct prices and the way you want your items to be shipped to you or even submit an order via email since for whatever reason the shopping cart is not correct.
AND
Yes I have contacted them about these issues and their IT department was supposed to have been working on it but I don't think they ever fixed it.
 
I know it is not an easy fix but this has been going on for seversl months now basically since winter ended.

Our fulfillment software transfer started ~2 months ago, its taking actual programming to get that issue resolved, but it should be just about done (I just asked). This software runs our company, its a massive migration.
