You're joking, right? You can't think of any ocean polluters? You can't think of anyone who inadvertently destroys the reefs to make money? Go and read something for crying out loud, I can't hold your hand the entire time.
Well I'll mention one for you: young, green (pun intended), condescending, know-it-all, student, who keeps a reef and uses lots of electricity (both of which by his definition pollute and damage reefs) and then tells everyone to do as he says and NOT AS HE DOES and prceeds votes democratic and thus tows the party line of those who love to be generous with everyone elses money BUT their own - and yes this persons handle is HippieSmell.

Why don't you take a breath and ANSWER THE QUESTION ONCE. I did not say *I* could not think of any, I merely wanted YOUR opinion of who YOU thought these "major polluters and people that abuse reefs" are. Please be as specific as possible.

I understand that this forum by definition will spawn passion, and thing here are going to get heated.
I need to make sure that all participants maintain a level of civility with one another, no matter how much they may disagree with each other's positions.
Discussion of politics has long been outlawed here because it creates enemies. Things discussed in this forum often can't be discussed without the mention of different political actions.
We knew that when we created the forum, and we anticipated a rough time moderating it. We require members that post on these issues to do so in an adult manner, without attacking others.
The kitchen may get too hot for some at times, and some people could lose the ability to post in any of RC's forums.
It's up to you to conduct yourselves responsibly, and discuss your disagreements with civility.
Here's my advice for the day;

Unlike yourself, I get my information from reliable sources, I don't make up and cling to unfounded biases. I read, I think, and I base my world view around information that I collect from my own experience and from those that commit their entire lives to specific fields of knowledge. YOU don't get it. YOU don't understand that a holistic approach to life depends on integrating pieces of knowledge that are more true coming from those that immerse themselves in the issue. Do I have opinions? Yes, I do, but these issues aren't about OPINIONS, they're about FACTS. THAT is why you are almost always wrong.
