Reef Fanatic PH and Temp Monitor

I installed my new Reef Fanatic Digital Ph and Temp Monitor with probe and calibrated the Ph probe according to instructions. Reading out at 7.0 and then 4.0. Istalled in tank and seemed to work perfectly for 3 days...now the Ph read out is all over the place 1.84 then 4.52 then 9.34 then 0.71. I saved the calibration fluids and attempted to recalibrate but it is still all over the place. Not sure what else to do.

Hi,

If your temp probe is out of sorts then that could be the cause of it. Are you getting an accurate temp reading? If not, then that is most likely the issue, however if the temp reading is fine then I would venture to guess that the ph probe is bad.

The temp probe appears to be accurate ranging 79.4 to 79.6. I checked with stick thermometer and it reads at 79-80. What do I need to do to get a replacement Ph Probe?
