If you run Windows, look for a folder called "My Downloads". Right click the start button, select explore. Click on the folder called documents. Inside there should be a folder called My Downloads or Downloads. That file will likely be in there. If you don't know the name of it, along the top of the window that opened up when selected explore, you should see a column with "Date" above it. Click on that and all the downloads will be origanized by date. You can scroll up or down and find the file with todays date.

so does it not put an icon of somesort on the desk top? if not what do you do to get it to open?

You need to click the zip file. Hopefully you have a program like Winzip, WinRar or an operating system an extraction tool built in. Create a folder on your desktop called My Reef. Double click the Zip File. That will open up a program with a bunch of extracted files. Drag all the files from that program into the folder you just created on your desktop. Close the extraction tool and open that folder. In there should be a program installer. Click it and it will set the program up and give you an option to add a shortcut to your desktop.

I think I finally got it... Now time to figure out what I did wrong with the ITemp probe it is registering 130.1 temp. Don't know what I did wrong. Then when trying to calibrate the PH Probe the 7.0 solution was showing a negative number kept probe in solution for 10 minutes and it stayed with a negative number then I tried the 10.0 solution it too started out with a negative number I think it was around -893 going up and down but stayed in the negative 800 numbers...

If you are talking about the raw data number then that can be neagative. That is the reading out of the a to d converter. It has to be converted into the pH reading. Wait a few days and recalibrate the probe. The porbe needs time to acclimate to your tank. As for the temp make sure all your buss cables are seated correctly before you calibrate. 130 is very high. Mke sure you are on the right temp port. With the SL module it has a temp port and the RKL head unit has an iTemp port. If you probe has a jack like the buss cables then you have an iTemp port. If it has a molex plug and plugs into the temp port on the SL module you have a temp probe. Just make sure you are reading the right one.
