reef meet anyone?

I was thinking I could host a meet Sat april 29th. That is memorial day weekend and is a scheduled 4 day weekend for me. all are welcome and kids could jump in the pool weather permitting.

would like to know if we would get a good turn out. we have enough time we could possibly try to arrange a group coral buy if there is enough interest. open for suggestions ie atlantis, divers den, crazy ricks online, cherry corals, sea dwelling creatures etc. I have enough room to house a fair amount of corals and could pick up friday and hold til sat or could just possibly arrange for sat pickup/delivery.

Wow a meet what is that, I have heard stories of people who meet and share ideas and corals alike but I just thought that it was just in story books. Pencil me in.
 
do I detect a small hint of sarcasm ade???

another option is getting together the 28th friday afternoon and into the night, that might allow ADE to put together an order.

ok let me get one thing correct we are talking about May 28th or 29th of 2010 not april losing track of time here and the original plan is for saturday just put the option out for a friday if ade decides to coordinate an order. I would consider coordinating an order from somewhere else as well but it would just be corals and clams unless we arrange for sat pickup/delivery then possibly something from divers den or somewhere that offers that shipping option.
 
You guys are a blast to hang out with. If everything goes right for me, I may just have to make a trip out for the day. I couldn't go in on a group buy, no room right now for more livestock.

I even promise there will be no mandatory lifting this time unless you count a 12 oz new castle or feel like throwing a horse shoe or two.
 
you mean i can't get a bunch of people together to lift the new castle for me? I will keep you posted on if I can make it, depends on what the family has planned for that weekend.
 
Sounds like a good time. Melanie will be working that weekend, but I'll try to make it out for a bit.
 
Ok the plan is the 29th starting around 1:00 till whenever. No group order planned as there has been no interest shown there. If you are planning on coming post so I have an Idea of how many to expect. I will have something to eat and drinks but if you feel an urge to bring something that is fine.

Also if you are looking for corals/equipment post that as well, as this is a good time to meet up with others for some trading/selling.

All are welcome including the family if you wish, swimming pool and horse shoes if the weather is nice. If not just the aquariums and pool table inside.

Your a funny guy Landen. I think Mell might wear the pants also if she is going to be at work and you will "TRY" to make it :dance:
