Reef Radiance customer service?

If anyone ordered anything from Reef Radiance could you tell me how your customer service experience was? I ordered some LEDs and I've been trying to call customer service bit it just goes to the guys voicemail each time. I've left several messages with no response back. I've also tried emailing but he doesn't respond to those either.

Does anyone know if he'll just ship the lights to me when he gets them without much communication before that? I don't mind if he doesn't answer my phone calls but an email back would be nice.
 
Funny, he's all over the place at a different site... and everybody there rave's about their customer service... Maybe they need to become a sponsor here?

I've read that too from several people. But his phone doesn't even ring, it automatically goes to voice mail when I was calling for the past week. I'll check the other sites, maybe he'll respond there.
 
Ok he got a hold of me from one of the other forums I just posted on and it only took five minutes. So far so good, seemed like a really nice guy.
 
I've been very happy with their customer service

After talking to him I'm pleased as well. He said my leds are shipping next week and I just placed my order recently. He has a big order coming in from China and I would say that's a pretty fast turnaround for leds shipping from China.
