Reef Rocks Sand

Has anyone ever ordered sand or rock through Reef Rocks? If so, how was the quality?

I have never used that sand but I would beware of sugar size sand if you have a vortech or planning high flow.

Where is the cheapest place to buy dry sand/crushed coral (not sugar size)?

pet solutions has free shipping on orders $49. Should be able to get a few bags from there.

my preference is the carib sea special grade reef sand they have 15# bags at pet solutions and 40# bags at fosters and smith both with free shipping over $49

a little more expensive than the stuff you are looking at but the larger size prevents sand storms, I also found the smaller stuff if not stirred will clup easier into basically a solid chunk that is hard to break up

I really like the look of sugar size sand but with the increasing flows in reef tanks, I think you will appreciate the decision you made unlike mine when I decided to replace the sand bed later.
