Reef Salt, what is the best of the best?

hi, I have used many reef salt but I want to know wich one is the best??? I am the owner of www.akilaquafarms.com (under constrauction right now) in venezuela and I would like to now becouse I want only the best reef salt to be saled on my web site. thank you

Your question is subject to opinion. I doubt you're going to get a clear winner. It's probably better to ask some spacifics as to what the particular levels of elements in each salt brand. There is a great thread that compares all that, it's still not inclusive but it gives you a better idea of what your getting in each brand of salt. Then you can come to your own conclusion.

IMO different systems require different needs. Some require higher parameters (alk/calc/mag). so depending on each specific tank needs, you choose the salt that will fit. I have used several in the past, and went back to the good old reef crystals.

I agree. The biggest thing is pick a reputable salt brand and stick with it, because your equipment is dialed in for that particular brand. For what it's worth, I use reef crystals as well.
