Reefcleaners group buy in FEB !!! or ???

Yea, this is great! I mean, the prices at Reefcleaners are already awesome, and once the 30% off is factored in -- well, I had to order some more stuff!

I am going to pick up my stuff at That Fish Place on Saturday (as long as Tom isn't making the trip at dinner time) so if anyone can't get there to pick up there stuff, we could always meet somewhere closer to do an exchange. My bad toby can't wait to get some snails to eat!
 
I have been wanting to message you Elysia. unfortunatly, I was going to come down around 7:30-8pm. Will that work with you or can someone pick-up your stuff from me and hold it until Sunday? Let me know.

I can get there at 8 or alittle after, will hook you up with the cell number in case anything changes for you tom. I could also hold it till sunday or really lat sat if need be too... Im in Mount joy.
 
Okay all, john from ReefCleaners e-maied me and asked that I end the group buy on Sunday. So, all orders must be placed by Sunday. ther 30% off is no longer available, but you can still get 25% off with the group buy.

Just curious, any updates on the transaction? Still on for Saturday @ 7:30? Where specifically are we going to meet... I assume just out in the parking lot?
 
yes, we are still on. Actually, I just uinboxed the order. it came a day early and everything looks good! as far as meeting, i'm going to have my son with me, so I'd rather be inside. we can meet right inside the door at the lizard room entrance. If anything changes with the time, i will post here asap, but 7:30-8 is the target. since i have the order, please post up what you bought so i can go through the order and make sure we have everything. thanks!

Thanks for setting this up Tom! I must confess I'm a bit nervous that these came in a day early. I'm glad everything looks good, but will it still be good on Saturday night?

I'll give you my list when I get home and can check my email. Again, thanks for coordinating - I know it's not easy.
 
Yeah, everything will be fine. I just set up my frag tank with nothing in it, so worse comes to worse i'll put everything in there and just rebag everything for delivery.

First and foremost I will emphasize that I appreciate you doing all the legwork with this. This was completely out of your hands, but I do have a concern with the livestock coming in so early… I’m not sure I’m comfy with them being bagged up until Saturday evening. Is there any chance I could meet up with you tonight at TFP, or at your place in Reading to pick up the order? (If you cannot make it to TFP, I do not have any problem driving out to Reading and meeting you at your place.)

I have spoken with Bill (aka NCNBilly… coworker of mine), and agreed to pick up his order as well, if I meet up with you before Saturday.

lol however you want to handle it is fine. Like I said, I will more then likely throw everything in my frag tank in some plastic containers with holes in it so the water can flow through. If you want to come up and pick it up, thats fine also. I have to run into Reading tonight right after I get home from work to go to the bank, otherwise I'll be home all night. if you want me to meet you, just give me a call on my cell 484-256-8242.
A note on the orders, if you can give me the name that went with the order, that would be great! He put actual names on the bags, not screen names and I don't know most peoples names in this club yet. Thanks!

Tom, the idea with plastic containers w/holes sounds like a good plan... appreciate it. I have a few empty containers just sitting around I'll bring w/ for you.

Should anyone from Susqu pick up their stuff early, you can pick mine up as well - :) If not, I will make Saturday work. I posted my list on thereeferslounge.

I think the algae I ordered should be okay in its original bag, esp. if it is kept warm and given some light. I know the chaeto is suppose to come w/ pods, and the Ulva too, so it is probably best to just keep them contained in their bags. Finally, the star grass will be very delicate. It needs to have its roots in tact to make a successful transfer into the tank, so you may want to keep that in the original bag as well.

One other thing... I don't mind if you dump my inverts together, if you could keep the dwarf ceriths separate... it may be obvious which ones they are, I'm not sure. They are going to go w/ dwarf animals, so if they can be differentiated, then there is no problem mixing them.

Okay, evrthing should be covered and taken care of until Saturday. i got that part under control! However, anyone other then Elysia, if you could post your actual order with first and last names to go along with it, I would appreciate it. I think Jandee22 is Joel who got 50 dwarf ceriths?? I just need the actual order that was placed for NCNBilly and I think I'll be set. thanks all!

Tom, I actually ordered 50 Florida Ceriths, not Dwarfs... double checked the invoice (#1793) to make sure. If they messed up the order and there aren't 50 Florida's included, whatever... just making sure the Floridas/Dwarfs don't get mixed up with someone else's batch of critters. :)
