What would it matter if you can't buy them anyway? That makes no sense, Mario.

Jennie already paid for hers. Bill is just holding them until she can get to his house.

I had emailed them several weeks ago asking about Emerald Crabs - they said they didn't have any right them and couldn't say exactly when they'd have more in. I just figured if I was making an order, I'd tell them I wanted two, and if they did have them in stock, they would add them to the order.

Items they don't have in stock aren't shown on their product pages. I know they carry them because I've seen them on their site before.
 
And Mario - they have drarf cerith snails @ .15 cents each. So you could get 10 for a whopping $1.50. There is no minimum purchase amount that I am aware of. So a little money goes a long way!

Think you may want to contact them later this week. I had a voicemail from them that was confusing so I emailed them and that is what I got back. My goodness - hope they are OK!!!
 
That really sucks. John is a good guy, glad to hear he will recover, it definitely shows dedication when you're working from a hospital room :lol:
 
Absolutly, Hope they make a full speedy recovery and will say a prayer for just that. Not to worry about this order either, When they are fully recovered then this can go foward as this is not Important in the big scheme of things.

um.......i got what bill and jennie were doing....was a joke but anyways i might can chip in a bit being that my CUC needs replenishing but have to look at things tomorrow cause our computer is down and im using a crap phone right now......whose willing to pick my order up if i or my wife can not though?

Terrible to hear about John. We will call this group buy postponed until further notice. We'll still plan for Thursday, the 17th until we hear otherwise, though.

I got an email yesterday saying that my order status has changed. It shipped?!?!? I thought that the order was shipping next week. Is this normal and the order will ship out next week or should I give them a call?
 
Did you put that you were joining the MTRC group buy and select group buy shipping?

You may want to email them now and call tomorrow, but if they've already shipped, its too late.

I got the same email - not to worry. It has not shipped. Evidentially there are folks helping out @ ReefCleaners that are not so familiar with the technical aspects of the business! :D
 
Wow... so it sounds like it may still be on for next Thursday, which is a great thing. I'll double check.

Bump!

I think we're still good for this. I'm putting my order in today.

I'm probably going to need to switch the meeting place to my apartment instead of the Critter. I'm only about 5 or 10 minutes west of the Critter, though, so not a drastic change at all.

If you've not ordered yet, please do so by tomorrow!!! Here's hoping we get free shipping!!!!

yea sae that jay but i need someone to pick up and care for the order for me til the meeting or til we can meet up somewhere so if anyone can i will order if not then ill catch the next one
