Reeflink RF module issue

So my reeflink has worked flawlessly for almost 2 yrs now until recently. I had all blue lights but noticed that the recent program change I made thru the app on my IPhone didnt take. I went into ESL and none of my Radions are showing. I unplugged the Reeflink and plugged it back in and now I am getting a red light at #3 position indicating an issue with the RF module. I tried a soft reset and still not working. Information I found on line said that if the soft reset doesnt work then to do an RF module reset after opening the reeflink. So, does anyone know how to do that?????

Not sure, maybe unplug the module and plug it back in? What did ETM say?

Is it by chance the same module as in the Vortech controllers?
