Reeflux 10K

Does anyone know if this is a Reeflux 10K bulb ?

A cheap version of it, yes. Reeflux is made by CoralVue, but the CoralVue bulbs are a bit cheaper and don't put out the same par.

I bought them on eBay, with following discription : 250W 10K Reeflux HQI Double Ended Metal Halide lamp, i other words I have been fooled, or the company sent me wrong bulbs.

All mine said Reeflux on them, and the CoralVue brand looked exactly like your box, so yes it's not a Reeflux.
