Reeflux 12k 250W installed...Nice color

I just installed Reeflux 12k and I am very impressed with the results. Here are some photos with 12K MH only. No photo enhancements.

what other bulbs have you used, can you give us some comparisons ? I never used reeflux. or any one that has used german bulbs like ushio etc.

12K Reeflux

12K Reeflux

I was using the XM blubs 15K. I had the pervious blubs for 1.4 years. I like the color of the Reeflux. The blues to purples are a little more intense with the Reeflux. Overall, I like the results. Without supplements, the Reefluxs are nice.
I am using the DE 12K, 250W. Using electronic ballast.

DJ, I think your blubs are simular to the Reeflux. They seem to enhance the purples and blues.

Yeah Nick ..I've seen that before. However I question the integrity of the shots since the white balance on some of the higher Kelvion shots doen't look like it was done since the sand bed also looks blue

I really wonder what they look like with a regular M80 European standard ballast like Aquamedics since the electronic ones seem to underdrive them.

Maybe a little test we can conduct?

man that thing is pulling hard. the cup's about 1/3 way in what 5 days? that's 8 inches in diameter. the problem is that the smell is going to dictate emptying the cup not how full it is because the cup holds so much.

Yeah...I know that feeling...like wheh what the hell died in here kindda feeling when you first walk in....now you won't be able to blame in on the doggie no more :rollface:
