I have a Reefpack 200 that I have been running for a few months. The skimmer is putting out micro bubbles for awhile out of the bottom of the skimmer. It is skimming fine. The bubbles are coming out of the bottom cover. I have taken apart the skimmer and cleaned it good. what is the correct way to eliminate the micro bubbles from coming out of the bottom of the skimmer ?

This is generally solved by being sure the airline is not routed so it is in front of the output nozzle of the pump which bounces back some air bubbles so they can exit. A few air bubbles will always periodically exit the skimmer, it is not 100% preventable but if it is more than a few periodic bubbles or a slow stream of a single bubble every few seconds then this may help. I would observe whether the bubbles increase during the daylight hours, if so this may be due to oxygen saturation and the best fix then would be more flow, removing algae and/or reducing photoperiod.
