Can the reefpack 500 be mounted with a magnet holder ? If so does this come standard or is it some kind of retro.

The Reefpack 500 does not come with magnetic holders but you can add them. The Reefpack 500 come with standard Tunze holding device

Magnet holders do not come standard but they can be fitted, you need 2 pair. You do have to glue two nipples on the bottom of the filter portion to accept a magnet holder as the nipples up top if used will create magnetic interference for the Osmolator. If you haven't purchased a Reefpack 500 yet if you let me know I got make this modification for you no charge.
