has anyone ever ordered fish from this place they have 2 at a really good price that I want but I don't know what kinda reviews this place has on shipping healthy fish they say they do saturday next day shipping but would like some feedback from people that have ordered from them how healthy were the fish when they arrived, do they come with any type or guarantee? Thanks in advance
 
I've only ordered snails from them, but everything came super fast and very healthy. I know snails aren't the same as ordering fish, but I was very happy ordering from them.
 
No experience here, but they do have much more negative reviews than postitive in the vendor experiences forum. You can't view that without 90 days membership and 50 posts, but you may be able to dig up google caches of it....
 
I've had horrible experience with them. Will never order from them again. Not worth it!

my experience has been hit or miss. I ordered the "zoo pack" with a variety of easy to care for corals, and got a very nice mushroom, a dinky mushroom, some pitiful zoas, a teeny sea whip and a nice zoa frag. I also ordered a shaving brush plant, one of which looks great, but the other looks crappy but has a fresh shoot coming off of it. I have a very crappy star polyp frag and also a nicer one, so it's been a very so-so experience. My 2 nassarius snails were TINY, maybe 1/4".

I just ordered 2 sexy shrimp from them (basically $20 a piece, same as the store here), so we'll see how they look!
 
I would recommend against ordering from them. My girlfriend and I ordered from them and they didn't send half our order because it was out of stock even though the site said it was in stock. Then they refused to give our money back and if we wanted stuff sent when it was in stock we had to pay for shipping again. Horrible experience
 
I've ordered snails crabs and pods. Free shipping, great prices and very helpful service... holding my shipment until I would be able to receive it.

Can't speak for fish and coral but I was very happy.

I would highly recommend them for snails/crabs/inverts, there shipping rates are good and they have a good garuntee if anything dies they will give store credit but never reinburst shipping. I've ordered clean up crews multiple times and havent found anywhere else that beats their deals.

As far as fish and coral go I would steer clear. Their corals aren't that great and I'm not sure what their quarentein procedures are for the fish.
 
great thanks I won't be using them I'm just having a hard time finding a coral beauty and a royal gramma at my lfs because we only have 1 here and these are the last two fish I will be adding to my tank guess I will just have to keep waiting..... is there a website you would recommend ordering from?
 
i have ordered from live aquaria, blue zoo aquatics , and reefcleaners, and have been very satisfied with all transactions.
 
I ordered 1000 pods from them. The order shipped fast and was received as described without any issues. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
