Order is done. It was $442.90 total, so I was pretty off, but on the good side. 
I still can't figure out whats going on with my spreadsheet, but I will try to work it out.
Also, we have 30 extra hermits and 12 extra astrea if anyone is interested. I went ahead and got 200 hermits because it was the same price as 174 hermits, so it pulled our prices down a little bit more.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. This is what I submitted to them. Use both of the spreadsheets to compare your personal order to what was ordered. The columns line up by letter on both spreadsheets.

Actually, I looked it it again and its just about right now for the totals AFTER discount. So that will be your price for your items. There was a $10 fuel surcharge, but it somehow all worked out ok, anyway.
However, IF you find a mistake in your total, PLEASE let me know and we will fix it!
Please bring cash or check to pick up your critters. Pickup will be at 2 and 5 and the critter.
I don't think anyone needed to pickup at EBay, so I won't go over there.
Steve, I'll call you when it arrives Friday morning. Mary, if you'd like, I can call you as well. Any time I'm not at the critter should be good to pickup on Friday, FWIW.

Hey Brandon,
Did you order a brittle or a harlequen star for me? The spreadsheet says brittle, but I changed my order to a harlequen when you asked to verify that I wanted a starfish.

Dang it... sorry, Steve... I've had a couple of different spreadsheets and I'd change it on one, have to go back to another, and the change would be lost. I'm buying those 12 so we can get the discount at 100, so don't worry about it... I'll take it off of your total. I apologize that was like pulling teeth.
Ryan: I called just now and made the change. Sorry about that... thanks for bringing it to my attention.
I'll have an updated spreadsheet soon. There was one or two other mistakes I had made, but reeftopia caught them and brought them to my attention... namely, I forgot to add my own two peppermint shrimp to the cart but had them on the spreadsheet!

If You come up with some extras, let me know and I can use them, (I'll just put them in my 55G until the 90 is ready). Just let me know how much after your all done and I'll drop by your house and pick them up

I will have 12 extra astrea at $5.76 and the 31 hermits are $11.16. You can pick them up Friday if you'd like. That would be best so they wouldn't have to be acclimated twice.
I'll consider them yours for now!

Also, Ryan: Not sure if you got the last one or not, but it says they're out of harlequin stars... so if they call me tomorrow to tell me that, what do you want to do?

It's no problem Brandon. Thanks for takin' this order on. I'm sure it can get confusing with a bunch of people wantin' this and that. And then doin' splits and changin orders. But the only thing I noticed was you didn't have me down for the 9 hermits I was suppose to be splitting with the 24 from Mary. But that's cool, I really didnt need them, was just gonna help to meet the count. If there are some extra though, I wouldnt mind around 10...

sorry guys I have not been around...spreadsheet for me is perfect. What time do you think it will be on Friday? well bad news for my family....we found out our doggy might have bone cancer.....she had a biopsy today, so this is why I have not been online much just lately....so everyone PRAY......
