Refugium Lighting Question

I would like to grow some Chaeto in my 20G refugium. Would this light be sufficient? I noticed on Melevsreef.com he tried a Compact 16W (equivelant to 75W inc) with great success.

I am kind of new at this lighting thing so if someone could give me a briefing on it I would much appreciate it.

I haven't used that particular bulb, but it should work just fine. It's basically the same bulb I use, except mine's made by GE.

I am using a 27W fluorescent desktop light in my fuge and my caluepra and my cheato is out of control.

I'm running that bulb, and my Cheato is growing fast!
P.S. I us it with HD's clip on with a reflector trouble light Thingy. Yes Thingy! lol

I'm using this set up from HD and it seems to be working fine.

Thanks Uncle Boo. That's the fixture that I could not come up with a name for! Works great.
Just a note; I like to wipe it down with a sponge once a week with ro/di water.
