no sure about the red from the picture. if its on the glass then its probably either a beneficial red coraline algae or potentially annoying red bubble algae forming. it looks like its on the ground in your tank. if so potentially cyano forming but cant tell from the pic whats going on exactly. if you see red grape-like pus filled looking things grow out of the red spots its bubble. google red bubble algae, cyano bacteria, and red coralline algae and compare pictures. its probably one of those. how long has your tank been setup? brown spots are typically diatoms and generally appear after your tank has cycled. if so they are great food for your pods! the bright green algae could be a few things. there is beneficial coralline green algae, and some annoying non beneficial algaes. if it forms a green cloud on the glass its going to be pod food. others here will probably ask your water paramaters etc to try to get to the bottom of the cause of it and stop it and ask you things like do you use RODI water, overfeed, etc. algae requires phosphates and light, so getting your phosphates down, doing your weekly water changes, avoid overfeeding will all help with that. Did the pods you bought come with a feed like phyoplantkton by chance? If so that could be the cause of random new algae growths if you feed to much to the system.
the pods are going to look like tiny little white fleas that move. you might even need to use a magnifying glass at first until they get bigger if you dont have good eye sight because they are tiny. max size will depend on what species you bought and some will exibit different colorations like the tigger pods when they get bigger.
