Regal Angelfish in trouble

Well I filled the tank after a water change. Total I will have added 9ml of PraziPro. I didn't get to do this until today because I did not have water to do a water change or add water. I didn't want to add any meds until I was sure of the water volume that was in the tank so I could dose the proper amount. I also didn't want to add meds until I did a water change to improve the water quality slightly.

I added 5ml a bit ago and will add another 4 in about an hour. Figured I should probably add it slowly.

My plan, tell me what you think, was to remove 5g into a ten gallon tank five days from now (Aug. 18th). Then separate the clown and goby into the 10g tank. I'll try to feed once a couple hours afterwards.
Three days afterwards (Aug. 21st) I will remove another 5g into the 10gallon tank with the clown and goby. Then add 10g to the larger tank as well as 2.5ml of PraziPro.
After 3-4 days (Aug. 24-25th) I will do 5-10g water changes every other day and begin to try to feed again.

UPDATE!

I just caught the goby(Gobiosoma oceanops) I have in with the clown and Angel cleaning the Angel! I wouldn't count on this illuminating a pest, but since I am already using the PraziPro, this couldn't hurt. More then anything it is just something that is cool to watch. I need to get lucky and get a picture. Both fish are pretty enough alone I have to get the two together.

Question. Should I change 100% of the water? IE move the fish to another tank that didn't have the meds in it. Now that th 5 days is over?

And no it is still not eating. :-( It looks soooo skinny now. I tried the frozen angle diet tonight soaked in Garlic Exteme. :-(

This morning the Regal passed away. It's body looked fine with out any obvious signs of parasites or infection. I am going to say this one was starvation. :-( This fish should have never been brought home or even took from the wild. Poor thing.

Now the question is what to do with the partial reef it was in for a while and the clown and goby. I think I will set up a 20g tank to keep the clown and goby in for a while just to keep an eye on them for at least another two weeks. I really have no rush to put any fish in with the few corals that were in that tank. I think I'll figure out what date I separated the fish from it and give it at least 7 weeks from that date before I add any fish.

Regal angelfish belong in the ocean.
