This is in regard to one of my FW Clown Loaches, but he had been staying in the corner over the last week & he didn't even come out during feeding time so I fished him out & put him in a small quarantine tank so I could look at him.
Turns out his left fin has been nipped off.
I got him to eat today but he's pretty much just chilling on the bottom for right now. My question is will he regrow his fin or is he going to be like this for the rest of his life? Is there anything I should put in the water to make sure it doesn't get infected? He's only about 1.5" & he can grow up to about 8-9" in captivity.
