Regular MCF behavior?

My clown fish is constantly floating above this particular rock in my tank, all day, everyday.. I'm just curious to see if he is okay, and not sick or anything.. He eats moderately but nothing too serious.. Pics below..

It ma be attracted to the color of that pipe organ skeleton. Without an anemone, mine also "hang-out" in 2 places of the tank.
How long have you had the clown?

OK, I was just wondering since you said it may not be eating properly. But it seems like 2 weeks should be long enough to rule out most diseases.

Whats the best to feed? I've been giving frozen mysis shrimp.. He has a lot of nips on his fins, I think it was from the domino damsel I had in there about 2 days ago, but he is now gone. I was also told by the LFS guy that I should only keep my lights on six hours a day for him.. True?

I find my clowns stay in a certain area, but do become alot more active during the day, and then settle back into there spot near "lights out" time. I feed mine a wide variety of frozen and dried foods and they are very active at feeding times. I feed with a dropper, and they come up and grab food from it.

I'd just give it time, and see what happens, not alot else u can do really.
