Reliable PAR meter - which one?

Just as the title states. I am looking into buying one in about a month and want to know which is a 'good' one. Also, do any of these need to be calibrated?

apogee par meter. it needs factory calibration every 3 yrs i think it was. so you would have to send it back in.

I use the Apogee Par meter. It works well.
