Removing frags from plugs

I have a number of Zoa frags that are really taking off and would like to remove them from the upsidedown tophat looking plugs and mount to several rocks. What is the best way to remove them? I have been using the superglue gel to glue any any polyps that have separated from the larger colonies to other rocks with good success but have never tried to remove any.

If they are attached to rock that is glued to the plug, you can use a screw driver to pry the rock loose. If they are over grown to the plug the easiest is to use bone cuters and nip away at the plug to remove most of it and glue the rest of the plug with the zoas atached to a rock, they will grow over it and over time the plug will blend in. Or using and exacto knife, carefully scrape the base of the zoa off the plug. This runs a higher risk of damage to them. Also be carefull when messing with them as they are poisenous, where eye protection, they can spit at you. You don't want that in your eyes, mouth or cuts.
