Removing Kenya Tree

I've done some searches and read that Kenya Trees can be harmful to SPS. Is this most people's experience? I'd like to give my SPS the best chance possible so I'd like to remove it.

What is the best way to remove this coral? It's attached to a pretty big rock so I need to pull it off somehow. Can I do this so I can give the coral to another reefer and prevent little ones from sprouting up?

Kenya tree is one of the only corals you can actually grip firmly, making sure you have all the branches in your grasp in the same way you would pull a weed, and just pull directly out.

Keep in mind if you have one Kenya tree you will always have more, because they reproduce by sending buds into the water.

If any is left on the rock expect another one. The way they reproduce is by self fragging. A piece will fall off then float around the tank until it finds a spot to attach itself.
