removing my shrooms from LR?

As you can see in the pic I have quite a few that I would like to frag and sell but still keep the rock. Any suggestions as to how to do this without injuring or killing the blue shrooms?

Get as close to the base and cut, mushrooms are pretty hardy when you glue to plug leave in cup in tank

Ok, thanks! These blues keep growing like mad and I could use some other corals if I can trade or sell some.

I prefer to put a bunch of LR rubble on the bottom of a bowl in the tank with wedding veil over the bowl to keep the shrooms from floating away and let them attach on their own.

I had a green shroom rock that looked just like that. I picked it up and gave it a good shake, a few fell off and are now in my other tank. Might not be the est method but it worked haha
