I have a great idea everyone.....let's just give headDoc the winning ticket and we will all join him and make it a group excursion out of the country.....(some of us follow close behind)....grab his passport while he is not (looking.....wait.....if we are like in mexico DON'T FORGET TO GRAB SOME FISH ALSO)....we can all go home.....

I actually just saw this, my wife uses my account to browse around (She works for the Davidson county DA's office). She also mentioned that a "raffle" is technically illegal as well. If you call it a "Lottery" which is legal in the state of TN, then you shouldn't have any problems.

p.s.My wife posted, not me, LoL!

If its illegal, its illegal. I doubt anyone will complain. Its not like a ton of money is being made here or anything. Just like people freak out about pirating Windows (of which I honestly don't )... its illegal, but most likely Microsoft is going to go after the multi-million dollar operations in South America before they come after a single Joe Blow.

Raffles are a form of gambling which is illegal in TN, unless its the Lottery. Thats why bingo and things the like are illegal in TN, most of the time, they look the other way.

Actually when any of us buy stuff on the internet and get it shipped to TN and do not file a use tax and pay the tax on it we a breaking the law. Oh ya we could go into some other type of laws that are broken behind close doors.

Well I must say I have already linked the timeshare page Wayne posted and have started planning my vacation around where our Delta sky miles will fly into . Totally free that way minus a few fees. Yes, I plan on winning .

On a side note If you have another time share open you are not planning on using we may purchase it from you next year. Hilton head was VERY expensive last spring so maybe we can help each other out. Your timeshare has lots of properties in the plantation we like to stay on anyways.

My inlaws have had an RCI timeshare for the last 20 years.

In the last few years, its taken us to Costa Rica, St.Maarten and the Grand Caymans.

I endorse RCI.

Angela if you don't win we will work something out. I have a feeling I will have a few of them Vacations may be slim for us. I actually have never personally used RCI I own Fairfield and use them most of the time. I have sent some friends and my brother in different places though.

You should see what I see from my hotel, the mountains look great, but the people I train every weekend look scared!

The OR is a great place to visit, working there is questionable.

Went to Cozumel for 2 weeks last year on Waynes timeshare. Had a blast.

And HeadDoc....after your post in a previous thread involving Wayne, you don't really think we buy the old "my wife posted and not me" line
