R at the bottom. I think Neptune has build a pretty solid system with the Apex platform... but seriously the cable for the display; I've seen better build quality in single ply truck stop toilet paper. :headwally:
I've seen plenty of reports of these cables being damaged but Neptune hasn't addressed the issue even in flagship model. If I can get a 6' gold plated USB cable from monoprice for >$2 why can't the Apex come with something besides conductive angel hair pasta?
The unit is out of warranty, Apex said they'll replace the cord for $40 give or take, but it just fix the flimsy issue.
TLR I want to replace (see need for solder) the Apex display wire with an actual USB cable. Does anyone have a walk through on this?
