Repair on older 6100

Just wonder if you still do repairs on the 6100 mine has given me years of great service, but yesterday the pump almost stopped spinning and is making this very loud screeching noise. Tried to clean it but no change, not sure if its the motor block or power supply. If you still fix these is it cost effective or should I buy something new?

Did you check (or replace) the rubber bearing which is holding the backside of the impellor in place? Worked fine for my 6100.10 a few years back.

No doesn't seem to be the problem, the controller light is flashing too.

If it can be fixed by a drive unit or a simple broken connection in the driver, we can fix it, but new motors and drivers have not been available since end of 2009. Worst case, it is about $240 to upgrade to a 6105 if you send in yours and we cannot repair it.
