Repair Time

UPS tells me my Stream will arrive at Tunze USA in Austin tomorrow. What is the usual turnaround time for repairs (ballpark). My corals are not happy without the stream

If I get it tomorrow it will be repaired and shipped back on Monday barring any unusual complications.

Pm me your name and I can look into it, I did repair and ship back a pump from Ocala on Monday so I think yours is done.

Hi Roger, got my stream back today. Thank you for the repair and speedy return. It is appreciated. I do have one problem I need to ask you about. When I reinstalled the repaired stream something is wrong. On the 7095 controller all 4 channel lights are lit and stay lit. Also when the right pump goes on the left pump still runs and lights up to 30%. The reverse is also true when the left pump comes on. Am I doing something wrong?

Are you in Interval 2? What you describe sounds like normal Interval 2 function. One pump idles at 30% the other pulses.

As usual you are right. I must have hit the button accidentally changing the setting. I feel stupid. Thanks
