Replacement bottom frame(trim) for a tank?

I was just given a 56g Column tonight and noticed when we picked it up that the bottom trim in a couple of corners was loose and flopping around.

I've searched RC and the web and I'm surprised nothing has popped up. Maybe my terminology for the search? IDK

I have no idea what I will do with this and am no hurry to fix it...more so just curious on where to find the frame kit.

Looked at it closer this morning and there's a crack in one corner of the trim causing the pieces to be loose and floppy...maybe just glue it back together?
