replacement clamp for 6025

I bought a 6025 which i guess had the old style clamp...the teeth broke off soon after installing it. Are you able to send one out or do i need to send mine in?

I had a very similar problem. I purchased a 6025in december and shortly after setting up I moved the magnet on the outside of the glass and the teeth on the inside broke off. I thought it was a little strange since I wasn't applying any pressure on the inside. Otherwise, the product has been great.

Any chance you can help?
