Replacement Parts for Koralia?

Ok, so I was cleaning the cowling and impeller of one of my Koralia 2 and broke the shaft (plastic) into several small pieces. Anyone know where I can get a replacement. Also, anyone have a K3 to sell, or know an LFS that has one in stock I can pick up today?

I'm heading down there. Hopefully Koralia will send me a replacement shaft and I'll move some of my Ks around.

reply to my email to Hydor:

"[Replacement shaft] will go out Monday. Shafts will be stainless steel. Too many breakage problems found during maint. New batches all stainless."

thanx for the heads up on that one. I need to clean my korollas and if i have that issue i know what to do.

Pedro, Thanks for the heads up. I have a brand new #3 was not working until i figured out that that the shaft does not come new in two pieces. LOL

I was at Beverly's yesterday and they were just stocking a delivery of Koralias 1,2 &3 they did not get 4's in yet. The 3s were about $45 +or-

That's a great price for 3's locally. They're great little pumps, I can't complain, except for the shafts, and those are being fixed.

When I got my replacement Koralia 3's (due to the recall) they sent me both plastic shafts and spare stainless steel ones. Maybe I should replace the plastic with steel....

I email them and they are sending me a new steel shaft. Customer service is Great, very fast. I like Tunze a lot but Hydor low wattage, low price, good flow pattern and it runs on Reefkeeper 2 i am sold will order more tonight.

Though I received a notification on Sept 9 that "they will go out Monday", I still don't have my replacement shafts.

I just sent them a friendly reminder and request for an update. LYK

same here, i got an email from Frank Moore at Hydor USA that he would put some shafts in the mail for me, on 09-17-2007.

They have great customer support, I broke a shaft also awhile back and I gave them a call, told them I broke the shaft and the only thing they asked me was for my address and Its being sent to me N/C.
