replacement shaft for nanostream 6025

I received two tunze 6025 nanostreams from a local reefer. One of the pumps work great, but the other pump rattles pretty bad. When I took it apart I noticed that there was no shaft present. Is there a way to buy a replacement the shaft?

The shafts are fixed so not a replaceable part

So is there a way to save the pump? It works but without the shaft it is noisy as heck.

Roger will be on tomorrow. It sounds like you got an early model with the stainless steel shaft and not the revised titanium. He will advise you of what to do.
